Refund policy

Return Period: We accept product returns up to 30 days after delivery. After this period, we will not be able to offer refunds or exchanges.

Return Conditions:

• • The product must be unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required to process the return.

Refund Process:

• • Once we receive the returned product, we will send you a confirmation by email.
  • The refund will be processed within 14 business days, using the original payment method.
  • Products bought on sale can only be refunded for the amount paid, not the original price.

Exchanges:

• • We offer exchanges for products with manufacturing defects up to 30 days after delivery.

Return Shipping Costs:

• • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
